Merck appoints Hercules for global Brand Help Desk


Hercules set-up a multi-language team able to swiftly answer any request and ensure full brand coherence across the globe.

The Help Desk aims to respond to queries from Merck stakeholders worldwide, covering branding compliance and conformity to new and complex Group branding principles. A first estimate indicates 5000+ requests yearly, coming from 30+ major markets.
Requests will originate from all Merck departments, including Communication, Human Resources, Site Management, Legal, Procurement, and External Agencies appointed by local markets.
Forecast shows that 50-60% of the Help Desk activity will relate to Asset Design Approval and Brand Guidance.
