Successfully managing a global web shop

To accelerate the adoption and acceptance of Merck Group’s bold new global corporate brand identity and its original brand values, Hercules was tasked with increasing procurement efficiency on low-end branded items (stationery and standard supplies) and sourcing high-end and customized merchandise at competitive prices.

To do so, Hercules designed and supervised the production of all items and created a global logistics hub managing the import of goods and their packing, dispatch and delivery to 294 sites worldwide.
